What is considered a mild detergent? A mild detergent is a gentle cleaning solution that contains only surface-active agents. More intense detergents often contain enzymes or abrasives that can damage the print on a t-shirt.Tumble-drying and ironing can be detrimental to the lifecycle of the print. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-drying works best. To avoid cracking and fading the print, make sure you use cool iron inside-out.
